Annual Tamil Day Celebrations

An event to celebrate the Tamil Day was organized by Jaffna Hindu College’s  Tamil Union on 25.10.2019 (Friday). Dr. Arau Thirumurugan graced the event as Chief Guest.

Mr. Thirunavukkarasu was honored with the “Nattamizh kavakkavar” award in this event. This should be noted that this award was given to music teacher Selvathurai last year.

The certificates and prizes were presented to the students who had won the Tamil Day Competitions at the Divisional Level, Zonal Level, Provincial Level and National Level by the Chief Guest, the Principal of the College and the Deputy Principals.
